CQF is The Care App’s platform values charter. It is a shared statement of professional culture - covering professionalism, respect for boundaries, safeguarding awareness, openness to learning, transparency, and compassion - that carers on the platform may voluntarily align themselves with. Carers who have had a conversation with The Care App about the CQF values, and whose own approach to their work already reflects those values, may choose to display the CQF badge on their public profile. CQF is a feature of the platform community. It is not a qualification, a training course, a competence assessment, or a regulatory standard.

A carer displaying the CQF badge has:
- Had a conversation with The Care App about the values set out in the Care Quality Framework – created by our doctor led and clinically founded team.
- Indicated that those values reflect how they already approach their professional work.
- Chosen to publicly associate themselves with those values on their profile.
The badge is a marker of shared values, not a ranking, rating, or certification.
