Mihaela Enea... Humane, empathetic Carer, significantly improving the quality of life for people in need for more than a decade, through a bespoke, high-standard, and responsible approach of their care needs, in their own home. I have been working with People, for People, for more than 20 years, 10 in higher education, and the past 15 dedicated to Care. I have chosen to work in Care for the Humane experience of it, as it enriches my soul as much as it brightens the life of the person in need. I am an experienced, compassionate carer, with a mature, responsible approach and a can-do, positive attitude fed by inner strength. I owe these traits to my parents, who dedicated their lives to healing people. Ever since 2011, I have been successfully assisting clients suffering from a wide range of conditions. through a proactive, comprehensive, person-centred approach of their care and personal assistant services. I have always strived for providing the desired physical and psychological comfort, assisting from personal care and everyday life aspects (meal preparation, housekeeping) to shopping, administrative, social and travel support, companionship. I have been demonstrating a proactive attitude in effectively managing the intricate liaisons with various health and social care professionals, being highly appreciated by G.P.’s, the King Edward VII’s Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, St John’s Hospice consultants and staff for going above and beyond in supporting clients in difficult situations. Whilst using my analytical thinking, experience, initiative, and above all: Common Sense, all is being done Your Way, with the utmost respect for your preferences, private space and independence.
