Submit care request

Once you’ve submitted your booking, we’ll notify the carer. You'll then receive a confirmation email with your invoice. By submitting this request, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, including our policy on off-platform arrangements. Any future care with this carer must be booked through The Care App, unless we have given prior written consent. Care arranged outside the platform sits outside our verification/safety checks, secure payments, and dispute support. Both you and the carer also risk account removal and the other consequences set out in our Terms.
