I am a compassionate and highly motivated healthcare professional with over six years of experience delivering high-quality person-centred care across nursing homes, community care, mental health, and hospital settings. Currently undertaking an MSc in Mental Health Nursing, I combine strong clinical knowledge with leadership skills gained through my role as a Senior Care Assistant. I have extensive experience supporting individuals with complex physical and mental health needs, supervising teams, administering medications, maintaining accurate documentation, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure safe and effective care. My placements in mental health and elderly care settings have further strengthened my assessment, communication, and therapeutic skills. I am committed to promoting dignity, independence, and excellence in care. With a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and adapt in fast-paced environments, I consistently strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those I support and the teams I work alongside.
