With current experience as a Care Worker in Hull and a strong background in leadership, education, and supporting individuals, I am confident in my ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents. Since March 2026, I have been working as a Care Worker, providing support with personal care, daily living activities, medication administration, companionship, and maintaining safe, hygienic environments. This role has strengthened my understanding of dignity, respect, independence, and the importance of delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs. Prior to working in care, I held a supervisory position as a Team Leader at Cranswick Prepared Poultry, where I developed excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills while ensuring high standards of health and safety. I also worked as a Mathematics Teacher in India for ten years, which helped me develop patience, empathy, safeguarding awareness, and the ability to support people from diverse backgrounds. I am a reliable, hardworking, and caring individual who enjoys helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. I work well both independently and as part of a team and am committed to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.
