Rubina Ali
Rubina’s experience spans both clinical healthcare as a clinical physiologist and healthcare management, giving her a clear perspective on what safe, high-quality care should look like in practice.
She has worked as a Respiratory and Sleep Physiologist within specialist NHS services, supporting elderly patients with complex health needs. Through that experience, she saw first-hand how important it is for care to be consistent, safe, and reliable, especially for families navigating complex situations.
She now works in healthcare management, focusing on governance, compliance, and quality assurance. Her work centres on how services are structured, how standards are defined, and how clear frameworks, with safeguarding at their core, support safer and more consistent approaches to care.
This is what shapes how The Care App is built, focusing on how carers are vetted, how expectations are made clear, and how families are supported to make informed decisions.
Alongside doctor-led clinical leadership, this helps shape a more structured and transparent approach, designed to make the process clearer, more consistent, and easier to navigate for families.
When expectations are clear and standards are visible, it becomes much easier for families to feel confident in the care they choose.
